PC Requirements
---------------
The PC on which DataVu-PC is installed must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Windows Operating System
- Windows 7 (64-bit) with Service Pack 1
- Windows 8/8.1 (64-bit)
- Windows 10 (64-bit)
- 500 MB free space
- 1 GB RAM. 4 GB RAM if RSA LiveVu is used.
- If RSA LiveVu is used for data recording, a high-performance CPU is required. A CPU with 4 physical cores is recommended.
- High-performance CPU and high continuous disk write speed is required for full bandwidth or two channel RSA LiveVu recording.
- Internet connection for activation of optional applications

Installing DataVu-PC
----------------------
DataVu-PC can be downloaded from the web. 

1. If you downloaded DataVu-PC from the web, extract the archive on the PC
where DataVu-PC will be installed.
2. If the DataVu-PC application is running, close it by choosing the X in
the upper right corner.
3. Use Windows Explorer to navigate to the folder you extracted from the
archive.
4. Select the directory containing the 64-bit DataVu-PC application.
5. Double-click DataVu-PC_Installer_v1_1_38.exe. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the
software.
6. Enable high-performance graphics support if applicable (NVIDIA or Radeon control panel)

The DataVu-PC product software is made up of the base software and any
additionally purchased optional applications (licensed optional software).
The base software provides a preview mode with limited access to the standard DataVu-PC functionality.
It is available for download, free of charge, from the Tektronix Web site at
www.tektronix.com\downloads.

DataVu-PC optional applications are activated with license files.
Free Trial Licenses can be obtained using the Tektronix Asset Management System
available at http://www.tek.com/products/product-license.

Intalling TEK RSA Drivers to work with LiveVu and LiveVu2
--------------------------------
1. Download the latest RSA API Release at https://www.tek.com/model/rsa306-software
2. Follow the installer instructions
3. Restart your PC

Purchasing DataVu-PC
----------------------
Application licenses may be purchased from Tektronix to activate DataVu-PC
optional applications on your PC.

DataVu optional applications may be ordered as:
DVPC-SPAN50 - Base features of DataVu-PC up to 50 MHz
DVPC-SPAN200 - Base features of DataVu-PC up to 200 MHz
DVPC-SPAN1000 - Base features of DataVu-PC up to 1000 MHz
DVPC-SMARK - Adds search and eMarker capabilities
DVPC-PULSE - Adds pulse measurement capabilities
DVPC-MREC - Adds the second LiveVu RSA Channel
