TekScope		: DPO/DSA/MSO70000C, DPO/DSA70000D, DPO/MSO70000DX series Oscilloscope with Bandwidth >= 12.5GHz for Gen1, Gen2 and Gen3 speeds.

TekScope Firmware	: Version 10.5.0


Operating System	: Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10

Hard Disk		: Approximately 5 GB of available hard-disk space for the recommended installation, which includes full TekExpress installation and distributed components.

: Tektronix Jitter and Eye Diagram Analysis Tool (DPOJET) Version 10.0.5 and above(64 bit - Win7)
: Microsoft .net Framework Version 4.0
: Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 SP1 or later.
: Microsoft Photo Editor 3.0 or equivalent software for viewing image files.

Installation

(1) Download/Copy "TekExpress_SATA_V10.2.7.2_066178305.exe" on to TekScope from www.tek.com
(2) Close & exit Tekscope or any other running application.
(3) Execute "TekExpress_SATA_V10.2.7.2_066178305.exe" program and follow the installation wizard to install the application.
(4) After installation complete, Click "Restart" to reboot the instrument.
(5) After TekScope reboot, Launch application from TekScope Menu (Analyze -> TekExpress SATA)
