Keithley Creates Measurement How-To Library on CD

Cleveland, Ohio - March 25, 2004 - Keithley Instruments, Inc. (NYSE:KEI), a world leader in advanced electrical test instruments and systems, today announced that it is releasing a tutorial CD containing a collection of its on-line seminars on measurement methods. Keithley's Making Measurements with Confidence CD, which is available free of charge, offers practical and helpful techniques for obtaining the most accurate and precise measurements possible. Keithley produced the CD to enable viewing the seminars without the need for going on-line, as for example on an airplane.
