Minimum System Requirements

Oscilloscopes:
- DDR5SYS: DDR5 Memory Bus Electrical Validation and Analysis Oscilloscope Software.
- SDLA64: Serial Data Link Analysis for Win 64-bit Scopes.
- DJA: DPOJET Jitter Analysis.
- VET: VET – Visual Trigger.
- DPO71604SX, DPO72304SX, DPO73304SX, MSO72304DX, MSO72504DX, MSO73304DX, DPO72304DX, DPO72504DX, DPO73304DX 
- TekScope Firmware v10.11 or above (Win10)
- DPOJET 10.1.0 or above (Win10)

Installation

i.  Download deployment package of TekExpress DDR Tx "DDR_Tx_V10.2.1.3.exe" on the Oscilloscope.
ii. Close & exit TekScope or any other running application.
ii. Run the DDR_Tx_V10.2.1.3.exe program and follow the installation wizard to install the application.
iii. After installation, TekExpress DDR Tx can be launched from "Analyze" menu of TekScope application menu.
