TDS/CSA8000, TDS/CSA8000B and TDS/CSA8200 Series Application Software
for instruments running the Windows 20000 Professional Operating System

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1.  If you didn't download the file directly to your TDS/CSA8000
    you will now have to transfer it to your TDS/CSA8000 into a
    temporary directory on your instrument or workstation. 
    NOTE: On PC workstations, the option to install the TDS/CSA8000 
    Application will not appear, you may only install TekVISA or the 
    VXI- Plug and Play driver.
    
2.  Double click the downloaded file and follow the instructions 
    provided to unpack the files to your instrument or workstation and 
    start the installation program. You may use the default directory, 
    or select a different one by clicking on the Browse button.
    
3.  Begin the installation of the TDS/CSA8000 Application by clicking on 
    the Install Software option at left, then the TDS/CSA8000 Application 
    link at right.
    
4.  Follow the prompts to un-install the existing version (if needed) and 
    reboot the scope as directed, the installer will resume once the 
    instrument re-boots.

5.  The oscilloscope must reboot one more time to complete the installation
    process. Again, follow the prompt to reboot one last time.

Congratulations, you have upgraded your instrument to the most current version!
