-Keep both the installers, AWG_Setup1.exe and AWG_Setup2.exe in same location. Both the installers should be at same folder level.

-AWG_Setup1.exe: This installer will copy HFR2-5 files/waveforms, and then will invoke AWG_Setup2.exe.
-AWG_Setup2.exe: This installer contain HFR2-1 to HFR2-4 files/waveforms.
