Minimum System Requirements

Oscilloscopes:
DPO/DSA/MSO70604/C Series Digital Oscilloscopes (Gen1 testing only)
DPO/DSA/MSO70804/C Series Digital Oscilloscopes (Gen1 and Gen2 testing only)
DPO/DSA/MSO71254/C/D/DX/SX And Above Series Digital Oscilloscopes (Gen1, Gen2, and Gen3 testing)

Operating System:
Windows 7 with Service Pack 1.

Hard Disk:
Approximately 2.2 GB of available hard-disk space for the recommended installation, which includes
full TekExpress installation and distributed components.

Display:
Super VGA resolution or higher video adapter (800x600 minimum video resolution for small fonts
or 1024x768 minimum video resolution for large fonts). The application is best viewed at 96 dpi display settings.

Software:
• DPOJET 10.0.0
• Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 or later.
• Adobe Reader 6.0 or equivalent software for viewing portable document format (PDF) files.
• Microsoft Photo Editor 3.0 or equivalent software for image files viewing.

Installation


Download the TekExpress_PCIE_V10.1.0.38_066155504.zip file to your local windows desktop.Extract the contents to desktop. you will get the following files to the desktop when you unzip "TekExpress_PCI Express_V10.1.0.38.exe","PCE3_AWG_Pattern_v1.0.0.0.exe"

1. TekExpress PCI Express

i. Download deployment package of TekExpress PCI Express "TekExpress_PCI Express_V10.1.0.38.exe" on the Scope
ii. Close & exit TekScope or any other running application.
iii. Run the TekExpress_PCI Express_V10.1.0.38.exe program and follow the installation wizard to install the application. After the installation completes Select "Restart" to reboot the instrument.
iv. After restart of the oscilloscope, Go to Analyze menu to launch TekExpress PCI Express application solution.

2. PCE3 AWG Pattern - When AWG is selected for 'Automated DUT control', this AWG file will help to toggle between various patterns.

i. Copy the PCE3_AWG_Pattern_v1.0.0.0.exe to any AWG supported (as per list in Ream Me / Release Notes)
ii. Close & exit AWG application.
ii. Run the PCE3_AWG_Pattern_v1.0.0.0.exe and follow the installation wizard to install the toggle pattern
