Installation Instructions.

Minimum System Requirements

Processor   Pentium Core or equivalent processor.

Operating System
            Windows 7 (32-Bit)
            Windows 7 (64-Bit)
	    Windows 10

Memory  	512 MB of memory.

Hard Disk	Approximately 500 MB of available hard-disk space for the recommended
	 	installation.

Display   	Super VGA resolution or higher video adapter (800x600 minimum video
			resolution for small fonts or 1024x768 minimum video resolution for
			large fonts).

Software
		•   Microsoft .NET 3.5 or later
		•   TCP/IP connectivity.

Pre-requisite

USB Rx Application Supports BERT Scope Firmware V_12.04.5522 and above.

Download the installer package

Note: Strictly recommended to close the following processes before starting the installation (only on RT Scope)	
	1. SigtestService.exe
	2. Python.exe

This installer package contains installers for the 
USB 3.1 Receiver Test application v7.0.2, 
SigTest Service v2.7.1, and 
Intel Sigtest v3.2.11.3 (Gen1) and v4.0.23.2 (Gen2)

1. Double-click the BERTScope_USB_Rx_V7.0.2.6.exe.

2. Installer wizard shows following installers to install
	* USB Rx App
	* Intel Sigtest installers (Recommended to install only on RT Scope)
	* Sigtest Service (Recommended to install only on RT Scope)

3. Click 'Next' and the installer will installed all the selected installers

4. Desktop icon will be created for USB RxApp and Sigtest Service

Pre-requisites before running USB RxApp v7.0.2

1. Goto to BERTScope, Open Remote Client -> Select 'TCP/IP'
2. Goto BERTScope UI -> Configuration -> Save Configuration -> Save as 'USBFactoryDefaults.cfg'

Note: This is a one time activity. This config file will be restored when the user runs first initialization on the RxApp.
