AFG31000 Series Firmware Update Instructions

This file is included in the download file AFG31000_FW_Update_V1.4.6.zip.  
Please follow these instructions closely to upgrade your firmware.
1 download this file: AFG31000_FW_Update_V1.4.6.zip
2 unzip AFG31000_FW_Update_V1.4.6.zip, and put tekafg31k_1.4.6.tfb to your USB flash disk.
3 insert USB flash disk to AFG31xxx instrument.
4 press utility->Firmware->upgrade button.
5 select tekafg31k_1.4.6.tfb in popup dialog, then click OK button.
6 press OK in confirm dialog.
7 wait until screen shows "Firmware upgrade/recover is finished, Please reboot the instrument."
